SDK v0.4 Release Notes

We are thrilled to announce the release of Quantum Rings SDK version 0.4.0, a milestone update that significantly expands our platform's capabilities and compatibility. Your continuous input has been instrumental in achieving these advancements, and we are excited to see how these new features will propel your projects.

Release Notes

1. Linux Compatibility

In response to popular demand, Quantum Rings SDK now supports various Linux distributions, including Ubuntu, Debian, OpenSUSE Tumbleweed, and Oracle Linux 9.3. This enhancement allows users to leverage cloud computing environments, enabling the scaling of compute and memory resources necessary for executing larger and more complex quantum circuits.

2.Python 3.11 Support:

We've updated our SDK to be compatible with Python 3.11, ensuring you can take advantage of the latest Python features and improvements for more efficient coding and execution. To take full advantage of the latest features and optimizations of our SDK, Python 3.11 is now required.

3. Extended Logical Qubit Limits for Beta Users

For those needing to push the boundaries of quantum circuit complexity, we now offer the option to extend the logical qubit limit to 100 qubits. If you're interested, please reply to this email with a brief description of your use case, and we will collaborate to provide custom keys that accommodate these more demanding requirements.

How to Update

To update to the latest version, simply upgrade the QuantumRingsLib python package using the python package manager with the following command:

pip install QuantumRingsLib —-upgrade
